What a Month of Islamist Terrorism Has Wrought

Now that we're into February, we can take a look at January and see what the Islamists have been up to. They've been doing more than just making a fuss over Danish cartoons.

According to TheReligionofPeace.com, Islamist terrorists have been very busy. Based on their list, there was a terrorist attack every day of the month of January with the exception of January 12th. Details on each attack are available at their web site.

17 countries were attacked by Islamist terrorists: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Chechnya, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Ingushetia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Tajikistan, Thailand, and Yemen.

619 people were killed.
796 people were injured.

Last year during January 2005:
583 people were killed.
847 people were injured.

Why wasn't any of this front page news?
